Comfortable stay with free Wi-Fi, but no on-site parking was inconvenient.

Check-in was fast, Internet was working perfectly. Comfortable beds and the rooms were clean. It was also very quiet in the hotel.

Only stayed one night, and they were very accommodating about getting us to the airport at 5 a.m..

I checked into the Queen Room for a weekend getaway. The room looked modern, with nice wood accents on the floor. It really felt clean and well-kept, a pleasant surprise. The bed provided good support. The mini-fridge and microwave were handy for snacks. I did have some issues with the WiFi-it wasn't working at first, but the staff quickly fixed it, which I appreciated. The continental breakfast was very minimal, not much selection. Some spots in the room could use a bit more attention during cleaning, like behind the furniture. It met my needs, but those areas could definitely improve.

Was ok staff at the office not efficient, went there at 7.00am to get coffee, a women still in her robe was on the phone the door was close, coffee was not made , we left without having coffee or breakfast

We were not satisfied at all with the service will never go again

Recently renovated room, the bed was comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed to have a renovated bathroom. This hotel had a very central position in an area considered "seedy" by local people. Good service, though a few employees were a bit rude.

Well, the area was not so great overall.

Family with kids will love it

The room wasnice and neat, and the staff there were super helpful when we needed extra towels for the kids. The complimentary coffee was a lifesaver-it actually tasted good!

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but it was still acceptable for what we got.

Not much! I did appreciate that when we took the very stained pillow and pillowcase to the office and showed them, they did give us $10 back on what we paid for the one night we stayed.

The owners were arguing outside our room in the morning when we got up and then we found ants in the room and I dropped something on the floor and found that there was some trash under the bed, so it wasn't clean. The top of the frig and the desk and microwave were dusty....and the table was dirty when we went to eat.

I thoroughly enjoyed this property - recently refurbished hotel.

The hotel was in a marvellous and comfy location just off town-pawn shops, Jacksonville and restaurants.

The room was clean and beautifully remodeled! The bed was super comfy too 🤗 One downside was the WiFi. It didn't work well for a couple of days. A nice stay!

Request a room with a mini-fridge and microwave. It really helps with snacks and drinks during your stay.

The room was wonderfully clean, and I seemed like a queen. Loved the spacious layout with comfy beds-plenty of room for my business needs. A lovely surprise for the price!

But watch out for the broken mirror. It's sharp enough to be a weapon. And where's the soap? I guess they think we're all part-time lumberjacks!
